With our beautiful 115 and 777 clone Pinot Noir grapes it was only natural that we would set aside some of our grapes for a Rosé. We did a 24-hour cold soak right after our harvest/crush and immediately went to press and only captured the free run. We fermented in stainless with one racking and filtered just before bottling. We couldn’t be happier with our end result and find this to be a delicious light Rosé, served chilled on a warm afternoon with an assortment of hors d’oeuvres.
